

Shipping
Panels are shipped either USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges are determined after the product has been
crated and/or boxed and weighed. This avoids estimated shipping charges, which can result in the customer being over
charged for shipping. All shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipping; shipping charges will be billed seperately.
All purchases will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process through PayPal or provided during credit card payment.
Please be sure to provide a complete, accurate shipping address to ensure delivery. If a shipping address is provided incorrectly by the
buyer, buyer assumes the cost to reship the products if returned to Dobby Stained Glass undeliverable. Products are shipped within 10
business days after receipt of cleared payment. If products are damaged during shipping, buyer must initiate a claim through the appropriate
shipper. A production time will be provided to the buyer if a product is not in stock.

I'm more than happy to combine shipping, email me with the products you are interested in purchasing and your zip code.
Payments
You do not need to be a PayPal member and you don't need to join PayPal to checkout. If you prefer to
pay directly, please call (352) 404-8910, VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER can be processed over the phone.
Dobby Stained Glass processes on line website payments through PayPal: VISA, MC, American Express and
Discover. You will have the advantage of using the web's premier payment processing company knowing that your
personal information is safe and secure. Your credit card information is kept secure by PayPal and is NOT
transmitted to Dobby Stained Glass. Florida residents will be charged sales tax.
If you would prefer to pay directly by credit card (VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER) call

Returns
A store credit, less a 25% restocking fee will be issued. Items must be returned in excellent condition and not damaged or used within five
days of receipt of product. Items must be insured when shipped for the total purchase price ~ Return to: Dobby Stained Glass, 725 West
Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711. Be sure to mark on the outside of the box: FRAGILE GLASS
Buyer assumes all responsibility for properly packaging, insuring and returning item promptly to Dobby Stained Glass. If item is received by
seller damaged or used, a credit will not be issued. Buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee per item. A store credit for the sale price of
the product only (not shipping), less the 25% restocking will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the returned product.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit, and the balance to be paid in full, including shipping charges, prior to shipment. The length of time to
complete a custom order varies; a production time will be provided to the buyer. Custom orders cannot be returned or a store credit issued.
